Hop

Put it on the element that holds the choices, not on the choices themselves. Two and a half seconds after the page paints, the children hop one after another, left to right, and then rest for about seven seconds before they go again. Hovering a choice holds it still. Only the first four children are staggered, so keep the row short. Under reduced motion nothing hops.
