A list of questions where one answer is open at a time, for the FAQ that closes a brochure page.

Questions

Each koala-accordion-item takes its question as an attribute and its answer as child content. Opening one question closes the one that was open. Write the questions the way a mover would ask them, and answer in plain words.

Most moves take 8–12 weeks, but we're always pushing to get your sale or purchase through as quickly as possible. We'll send you regular updates on WhatsApp, so you're never left wondering what's happening.

Yes! You'll meet your conveyancer (think solicitor, but for property law) shortly after you sign up, and you can book a time to speak to them directly.

You'll make a small initial payment to get the ball rolling, and you won't need to pay the rest of our fee until your sale or purchase completes.

open is the one-based question that starts expanded, so the first answer is visible before anyone clicks. Leave it unset to start with every question closed.

Your quote covers all the legal heavy lifting for your move. The only other things you'll pay for are disbursements: the costs we pay to others on your behalf, like your local searches, Land Registry fees and Stamp Duty.

If your sale or purchase falls through and it's not your fault, we'll give you a second chance, even if you're buying a different property second time round.

Naming and analytics

name prefixes the answer ids, so give each accordion on a page its own; this page holds three, named faq-closed, faq-open and faq-agents. A data-analytics attribute on an item lands on its toggle, so each question reports its own opens.
